HOW TO BUY?
– Choose the desired category and the type of article that you idealize;
– Search and analyze all the information that the items have;
– Add to shopping cart;
– Finalize the order, by inserting all the data required in our online platform.
PAYMENT
The merchandise will only be delivered by payment, with check or cash, at the time of unloading, to the freight forwarder, commercial and/or the responsible for the transportation.
DELIVERIES

You can pick up your order for free in our warehouse, located at:

If you want to pick up the merchandise in our facilites, you must mention it next to the order form that the online platform offers.
– Home delivery:
We don’t have a minimum purchase limit. There is just a minimum limit for free shipping, which amounts to 500€. Below that, charges are added to the customer’s order, varying according to the location of the receiving address.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
After receiving the merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to check if all items are in good condition and to count the packages, in order to verify if they match with the number on the transport guide.
If there is any anomaly, defect or irregularity, this should be reported to the freight forwarder and mentioned in the delivery guide, in a succinct and explicit way.
The absence of this parameter invalidates any subsequent claim.
EXCLUSIVE BY SANTOS, LDA., only accepts returns in its original condition and packaging, with the respective purchase order.
In case of return, the same will be on account of the customer and the respective shipment by EXCLUSIVE BY SANTOS, LDA.
Complaints and/or returns will not be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, except if there are defects and/or manufacturing defects.
The credit note will be issued as soon as we proceed to the physical analysis of the general condition of the order in our facilities or after verification of some of our commercials/responsible.
